Creating Harmony in a Complex Organization – AARP and Executive Custom Programs

The fall 2017 issue of Developing Leaders Quarterly highlights AARP’s collaboration with Georgetown McDonough’s Office of Executive Education on the Agile (AgL) program. The program, now in its fourth cohort, is aimed at equipping the leadership team with the tools and strategies they need to drive change. The program consists of three modules, covering topics such as Organizational Strategy & Business Model Innovation and Building a Culture of High Performance, among many others.
