In a recent Los Angeles Times article, Charles Skuba, senior associate dean of executive custom programs at Georgetown McDonough, discusses a European Union court ruling about Uber:

“I’d be concerned about the potential for over-regulation,” he said. “Brussels more so than the U.S. has a penchant for red tape proliferation, and the more regulation the gig-driven companies face, the less competitive they will become.”
